Mortgage Executive Magazine, and Mortgage Originator Magazine.
Manuel is driven by his care for people and has adopted the philosophy of “People before Profits and
Reputation before Revenue.” He believes that every client is a “client for life”. He understands
navigating the mortgage world can be complicated, so he ensures that every client knows their financial
position and understands what their options are when making the largest financial transaction of their
lives. He believes it is his fiduciary responsibility to help his clients manage this debt and continue to
help them grow their wealth over time. Whether it’s a client’s first home or sixth, it’s that extra bit of
diligence he puts into everything he does that makes all the difference.
The amount of care that Manuel and his team have for every client is second to none; they never stop

Manuel and his wife Teresa reside in Chino Hills, California. He feels blessed to have three amazing
children. Manuel credits his success to his belief in God, his family, and his many mentors and business
associates. When he’s not helping clients buy the home of their dreams, Manuel can be found at the
beach, camping and enjoying a little well-earned vacation time with his family.
